How do I receive my purchase?
After payment is confirmed, Shopify sends a download link to the email address used at checkout. Digital orders do not require shipping.
What file type will I receive?
Most products are delivered as PDF files. You can read them on a phone, tablet, or computer. Printable products can also be printed at home or through a local print service.
What if the download email does not arrive?
Wait up to 30 minutes and check your spam or promotions folder. Then email relaxproductionofficial@gmail.com with your order number and checkout email.
Can I share or resell the files?
No. Your purchase is licensed for your personal use or your own business use. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, copy, or give the files to others.
Can I request a refund?
Digital purchases are generally final after access or download. We will help if you were charged twice, received the wrong file, received an unreadable file, or cannot access your purchase. See the Refund Policy for full details.
Will I receive a physical book?
No. Products labeled digital download, e-book, guide, planner, workbook, tracker, or printable are electronic files unless the listing clearly says otherwise.
